By purchasing slide styles and/or templates from The Photograph Adventure, You (the purchaser) agree to the terms of this agreement, as detailed below.
No returns for digital products. All sales are final.
You may use slide styles and/or templates made by The Photograph Adventure for commercial and personal slideshow videos, without further royalty fees.
All slide styles and/or templates are provided 'as is'. The Photograph Adventure cannot be held liable for any negative issues that may occur as a result of using the downloaded items.
You agree that all ownership and copyright of the slide styles and/or templates remains the property of The Photograph Adventure. You may not resell, distribute, lease, license or sub-license the slide styles and/or templates or modified slide styles and/or templates (or a subset of the slide styles and/or templates) to any third party unless they are incorporated into your slideshow video.
Unless otherwise specified, photos and other media content accompanying the style and/or template, may NOT be used for commercial purposes outside of your video slideshow.
